Holiday Return Policy: You can return a product ordered in December up until January 15, 2012.  Returns must still meet all other conditions below.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with our product you can return it for a full refund of the product price.  To avoid any restocking charges please read below.  Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to ship the products back to us.  We do ask that the product is in new and original condition.

Condition

Due to the nature of ghillie suits we cannot accept any returns for any ghillie suit that has been worn outdoors.  We inspect all returns for frayed threads, dirt particles, small leaves and twigs.  If in our opinion the ghilile suit has been worn outdoors we will not offer a refund or exchange.

Restocking Charges

• You must return the product in new and resalable condition with all original packaging that the product arrived in or there will be a 20% restocking charge.
• Returns must also be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the order.  Returns initiated after 14 days will incur a 20% restocking charge.
• All custom made products: left handed bow hunter ghillie suits, jute 2 packs, synthetic thread 2 packs, custom ghillie kits and any bdu jackets and pants will incur a 20% restocking charge.
